Obituary and Births

Moe.jpg

I. M.  Knot

Date of death to be determined:  He went kicking and screaming. In fact, when they were putting him in the coffin, he kept kicking the lid off. He did not die easily, but he did eventually leave himself behind.

Oh, he’s back. Now he’s dead! Certainly, a man who wants to hang on, but what is he hanging on to?

Births

11/13/2019

The Lambs book of Life checked in another Wedding guest today.  150lb x 5’9” son of God.  He was given his robe of righteousness

and seated at the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, to wait with the rest of the attendees for the rest of the Wedding party to arrive.

M. R. Forgiven

The man known as M. R. Forgiven was killed on the outskirts of Jerusalem. He was nailed to a cross with his Savior, who drew him unto himself while he was being lifted up. M. R. Forgiven was placed in the same tomb as Jesus and was dead for three days. On the third day, M. R. Forgiven  was raised unto new life; never to see death again. M. R. Forgiven was taken to heaven where his life was hidden in Christ at the right hand of the Father. Christ took up life in M. R. Forgiven’s body and lives through that body to share his love with all who will listen.

Do not mourn the Weatherman, for he has entered eternal bliss. In lieu of tears, M. R. Forgiven requested that thanksgiving be given instead.

Jane Doe

She was found in an alley in the middle of town, murdered, her body ripped a part and unrecognizable.

From the looks of the crime scene, it was evident that it had been a hostage situation where there were signs of malnutrition, torture, and bruising that would suggest at one point a fight for life, to escape, but the final surrender was her end.  The suspect, herself.

She was a soft kind hearted woman who became addicted to pleasing people and in this passion for people her time was consumed, always trying to please them drained her of all energy, and every time she would lie down to die, someone would pull her back with an “everything will be alright”we can help you.  She realized that there was no hope in this and she had nothing to live for and she finally gave in to her addiction and overdosed on people.  What a shame, a life so full of promise…such a waste! Or was it?

She won’t be remembered by any family or friends because she didn’t have any.  She was disowned and left to live an emotional roller coaster, staved for even a morsel of affection, never to be a success, and thrown to the wolves.

No, seriously, she died peacefully and was surrounded by her dear family and friends, the most loving person you would ever want to meet.  There wasn’t a soul she didn’t know.  This is what you really wanted to hear, right? So you could feel good about how she lived her life.

A suicidal soul not wanting to live…trying to die every chance she could get.  What could have happened to this poor thing that she would want to die and leave a life so full of promise?  She just didn’t know her identity, who she really was or she wouldn’t have done it I’m sure.  In this loss of life, life was found. She is now free never to be bound again…free to be the good ground for the most wonderful of Seed a ground could ever dream of holding…or watching it grow…(Mathew 16:25)
