Hebrews 12:1-2

   Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.

Hello Friends, I am Race Runner. I have set aside all the cares of this life and I am running my race. I know it will take patience and endurance and it will mean overcoming all distractions, but I am up for the challenge. The one who already ran his race will strengthen me and encourage me and I will cross my finish line. 

Come on! Get your shoes on! Throw off the baggage that weighs you down. Stop looking back and look at the finish line! Can’t you hear the crowds who have already finished cheering for you?  I’d love for you to run with me! Are you ready to run?
